Joe Fehrmann is a leader in organizational effectiveness. Joe began his consulting practice in 2006 after more than twenty years in corporate leadership of Human Resources and Organization Development teams in the defense, aviation, construction, and public utilities industries.
Joe’s personal mission is to improve his clients’ quality of life by creating healthier work environments, improving relationships, and building professional and financial success. He works especially to deepen employee commitment by strengthening the connection between effective leadership and an engaging climate.

His teaching background also includes business and human resources courses at several colleges, including his alma mater, Wichita State University, and the WSU Center for Management Development.
Joe is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Organization Development Network, and the American Society for Training and Development. Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Joe co-authored several training activity guides published by American Media and HRD Press. He makes his home in Birmingham, Alabama.
